Counseling is the use of a variety of intervention strategies in applying mental
health, psychological, or human development principles, to address conflicts or specific issues a person is concerned with such
as wellness, relationships, career development, personal growth, or other life events.
Counseling is an appropriate vehicle you can use to help transform your life into
a more meaningful relevance when the status quo ceases to make sense the way it once did. The purposeful exploration
of self; the discovery of untapped potential within; and the thoughtful analysis of appropriate alternatives are key elements
of counseling therapy. These endeavors will enhance viable solutions for achieving and maintaining a more positive
life situation. The consequences of the counseling process can yeild the truest riches--the happiness that is found from
one's personal growth, a healthy love of self and the satisfaction of living life in the circumstances of one's own
choosing.
